In this section, we hope to get you familiar with some of the great people we have working here

Marcelino has been with us for 16 years and is originally from Guerrero, Mexico. He has two team members that he manages: Daniel and Luis. He likes playing soccer and taking his daughter out to do fun things on the weekends. He also plays in a mariachi band! He can always be counted on to go above and beyond on any task given to him and with his persistence and hard work, he makes a great asset to our team.

Helpful Tips

Spring is here and we made it through the winter, but we are not out of the woods yet. In our experience, most of the houses we worked on during the winter and spring months did not have continuously running heat. Therefore, once the heat does go on for the first time, it will dry out the wood underneath and may cause cracking and screw pops. We are always prepared for this and our team of touch up repair men are on call to respond to all issues.

We suggest heating the house as soon as you can start at a higher temperature for the first few days and maintain a lower temperature after the duration. If possible, hold off on the last coat of paint. We will be on hand to address any issues. It’s better to tackle this now than after a closing. Of course, our men are available at all phases of construction.

Thanks,

Michael Gemignani
President

News

Unfortunately, as you may have heard, all manufacturers are planning a 1-2% price increase starting April 1st, 2025. We are working with our suppliers to reduce costs as much as possible. Oftentimes, the increases announcements do not equal the projected increase. We will keep you closely informed about any material increases
